Kim Holcomb

Kim Holcomb has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kim started their career as a Director of Human Resources at The Dow Hotel Company from November 2002 to July 2005. Kim then joined HEI Hotels & Resorts as a Director of Human Resources from August 2005 to December 2013. Following that, they worked at Aimbridge Hospitality as an Area Director of Human Resources from January 2014 to August 2015. Currently, Kim is a part of Legacy Ventures Hospitality, where they initially held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources from August 2015 to October 2021. Kim has now taken up the role of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from October 2021 till present. Throughout their career, Kim has showcased their expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, supporting team member relations, managing benefit administration, recruitment, training, and auditing property-based HR staff and managers.

Kim Holcomb attended AA from 1979 to 1981, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Additionally, during the same time period, they attended St. Mary's Jr College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist. In July 2020, they also obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
