Kirsten Hendriks is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, currently serving as Gauteng Sales Centre Manager at Legacy Hotels & Resorts since October 2010. In this role, Kirsten manages relationships with approximately 400 clients, guiding a team of Account Managers to achieve business goals and maximize revenue for 17 properties. Previously, Kirsten held positions including Key Account Manager and various roles in operations and sales at Legacy Hotels & Resorts, along with experience as a Tour Consultant & Marketer at Travel & Sport during the World Cup and as a Conference & Event Manager at Hatfield Travel. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Tourism and Travel Services Management from North-West University and a NQF Level 5 Certificate in Introduction to Sales & Marketing from the University of South Africa.
