Valentina Mata

Valentina Mata is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager at CELSIUS since September 2025. Previously, Valentina held a similar role at Congo Brands from April 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading regional campaigns and mentoring Field Marketing Managers to enhance brand growth. Valentina’s earlier experience as Regional Field Marketing Manager at Bang Energy involved directing a marketing team of over 50 and managing a multimillion-dollar budget. Prior roles include City Launcher at Lime, where city-specific strategies and expansion projects were developed, and Area Marketing Manager at Power Crunch. Valentina holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
