Osman Siddiqi

Osman Siddiqi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate adaptation, impact strategy, and international development. Currently, Osman leads climate adaptation strategy and innovation at Acclimate and serves as a board member for Legado, advocating for indigenous communities' management of biodiversity. Previously, as Chief Impact Officer at Arifu, Osman oversaw significant growth and impact across 15 countries, while also developing research methodologies and partnerships with major stakeholders. Other notable roles include Regional Representative at Instiglio, Country Director for Innovations for Poverty Action in Sierra Leone and Liberia, and consultant positions for organizations like LeapFrog Investments and The Abraaj Group. Osman holds a Master's in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.
