Krissy White

Krissy White has extensive work experience in operations, management, and customer service roles. Krissy currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at LegalEASE, a Legal Access Company. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company. Krissy has also worked as the Director of Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives, where they focused on business process transformation and implementing new processes.

In addition, Krissy has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Front of House Operations Manager. Krissy was responsible for managing a high-performing team, overseeing the front office and guest services operations, and building strong relationships with employees and customers.

Before their career in the hospitality industry, Krissy worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in various roles, including Operations Front Office Manager, VIP Lounge & Suites Operation Manager, Assistant Front of House Operations Manager, and Front Office Operations Supervisor. In these positions, they led and mentored teams, managed operational processes, and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction.

Krissy's work experience also includes a role as a Marketing Assistant at Boston Properties.

Krissy White began their education journey by completing the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Westford Academy from 1997 to 2001. Krissy then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University, graduating in 2006.

In 2015, Krissy obtained a certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional from Rice University's Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Krissy furthered their education at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, where they completed an Executive MBA program from 2021 to 2023, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

As for additional certifications, Krissy obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2016.
