Meredith Parks is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, specializing in Family and Economic Stability Law since August 2022. Previously, Meredith served as a District Court Commissioner for the Maryland Judiciary from October 2019 to September 2022, overseeing initial court appearances and managing protective order petitions. A dedicated advocate in cancer research, Meredith was involved with several organizations from January 2012 to September 2019, including the Komen Advocacy Advisory Taskforce and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Prior to this advocacy work, Meredith owned Baby Ewe Vintage Designs, a fiber arts business operating from 2001 to 2012. Meredith's legal career began in 1993, including roles as an assistant public defender. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the Louis D.
