Rhea Carter

Rhea Carter is a Grant Writing and Fundraising Specialist at Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, with previous experience as a Grant Writing Consultant at Vision Granted. Rhea also worked as a Lead For America-American Connection Corps Fellow at Partners for Rural Impact. Carter's background includes roles as an Admissions Representative and Communication Dept. Social Media and Event Coordinator at Berea College, where Rhea also served as Editorial Staff at Appalachian Review and Craft Education and Outreach Associate. Additionally, Rhea was a Media and Oral History Intern at Partnership for Appalachian Girl's Education (PAGE). Carter holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from Berea College and a Certificate in Grant Writing from UMass Boston.
