Allison Chantal Rhoades has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Allison Chantal started their career as an Information Officer at the National Collaborating Centre for Healthy Public Policy in 2006 and later moved on to work as a Legal Intern at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in 2008. In 2009, they became the Director of Human Resources at the McGill Legal Information Clinic, where they managed a team of over 100 student volunteers and oversaw daily operations.
