Benjamin McHenry has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present day. Benjamin began their career as an Investment Administrator at MRS Inc in December 2007 and held the position until December 2008. Following this, they joined Scotia Capital and worked as an Investment Representative from December 2008 to August 2010. Benjamin was then promoted to the position of Senior Investment Representative and held this role from August 2010 to September 2014.

In 2013, Benjamin also pursued their studies at York University, where they worked as a Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant from August 2013 to September 2014.

Most recently, Benjamin has been working at Legal Aid Ontario, where they started in October 2014 as a Regional Business Analyst for the GTA. Benjamin held this role until December 2018 and subsequently transitioned to the position of Business Analyst in the Clinic Law Services Division starting in January 2019, where they are currently employed.

Benjamin McHenry pursued their higher education in the field of Economics. Benjamin completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics at McGill University from 2002 to 2006. Benjamin further advanced their knowledge by obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from York University between 2013 and 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Benjamin also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Benjamin completed the "Business Process Improvement" certification at the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) in May 2016. Benjamin also successfully completed the "Improving Your Project Management Skills" certification at the Canadian Management Centre in April 2015. Additionally, Benjamin holds certifications in "DMS" from the Canadian Securities Institute and "FRM" from GARP, although specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining these certifications are unavailable.
