Jibran Baig has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jibran started their career at Meridian Credit Union as a Service Desk Analyst, where they provided front line internal support to nearly 1000 employees. Jibran was responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, configuring Windows Active Directory permissions, resolving printer problems, and providing training to users on system usage. After working at Meridian Credit Union, Jibran joined Walmart as a Customer Service Manager. Jibran then moved on to Legal Aid Ontario, where they held two roles: Service Desk Analyst and Network Analyst. In these roles, Jibran provided technical support and maintained network systems. Additionally, Jibran worked at Mohawk College as a Peer Tutor and Computer Lab Assistant, where they assisted students with various academic and technical tasks. Throughout their work experience, Jibran has demonstrated their expertise in technical support, customer service, and problem-solving.

Jibran Baig began their education in the field of computer technology and systems at Mohawk College from 2009 to 2011. Jibran pursued a degree in Network Engineering & Security Analyst during this period. Later, they enrolled at McMaster University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computing and Information Technology. Following their undergraduate studies, Jibran continued their education at Ryerson University, where they completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Networks between 2018 and 2020.
