Rita Roy has a diverse work experience in the legal field, starting with their role as a Staff Lawyer at Legal Aid Ontario since 2013. In this role, they represent clients in criminal and family law cases, handling various proceedings such as bail hearings, guilty plea court, and family court proceedings. Rita also provides duty counsel services and drafts legal documents.
