Talia Brumfield

Talia Brumfield is an accomplished attorney currently serving as a Legal Counsel for Youth and Children since February 2024. Prior to this role, Talia Brumfield worked as a Staff Attorney at Northwest Justice Project from May 2023 to February 2024 and gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern. Talia Brumfield also contributed as Editor In Chief for the Lewis & Clark Law Review from January 2022 to June 2023, and completed a Legal Externship at the Criminal Justice Reform Clinic in early 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Certified Law Clerk at the Oregon Department of Justice and a Legal Extern at the Clark County Prosecutor's Office. Talia Brumfield began professional development as a Case Manager and Intern at the Children's Home Society of Washington from December 2018 to June 2021. Talia Brumfield holds a Doctor of Law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, a Bachelor of Science from Washington State University Vancouver, and an Associate's degree from Clark College.
