Ernie Staton

Ernie Staton has extensive work experience in various industries. In 1999, they started as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they successfully managed daily operations and prioritized customer service. In 2001, they became a Branch Manager at Bank of America, where they exceeded sales goals and successfully originated new loans. From 2004 to 2007, Ernie worked as a Market Manager at First Market Bank, where they met sales goals and managed multiple branch locations. Ernie then joined State Farm Insurance as an Agent, responsible for managing an office, developing marketing plans, and recruiting and training agents. In 2010, Ernie joined Genworth Financial as an Internal Sales Leader, creating and managing an internal sales team to support insurance agents. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Relationship Manager at DBS Diversified Brokerage Services, focusing on sales support and customer service. Ernie then joined Genworth as a Regional Vice President for the Northeast territory, driving long-term care insurance sales. Currently, Ernie is a VP, National Accounts at Legal & General America. Ernie is responsible for developing and implementing key initiatives and managing relationships with Broker General Agencies.

Ernie Staton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University between 1996 and 1999.
