Gary Marbach

Gary Marbach, FLMI, ACS, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Business Systems at Legal & General America, overseeing inforce applications, new products, and marketing systems, while also focusing on software development and IT project management since January 2014. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Associate Director, IT at AIG Life and Retirement (American General Life) from 2003 to 2013, where responsibilities included providing vision and leadership for complex agent solutions and managing project and operational budgets. Gary's career began at American General Life Companies, progressing through various roles from IT Manager to Senior Consulting Programmer/Analyst, and Senior Programmer/Analyst, focusing on policy administration support and technical initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as a Programmer at USAA Life Insurance Company, specializing in Assembler Language and Cobol solutions for insurance products. Gary's educational background includes studies in Accounting and Business Data Systems at the University of Texas - San Antonio and San Antonio College.
