Nicole Gorrie

Nicole Gorrie (she/her) has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Nicole currently holds the position of Head of Strategic Enablement at Legal & General America since October 2022. Before that, they worked at Legal & General America as the Director of Process Improvement from April 2019 to October 2022. Prior to joining Legal & General America, Nicole worked at State Farm ® for a significant period. Their roles at State Farm ® include Convention & Travel Manager from March 2014 to June 2018, Process Manager from January 2011 to February 2014, Claim Team Manager from August 2004 to January 2011, Management Planning & Information Senior Specialist from June 2001 to August 2004, Claim Specialist from June 1996 to June 2001, and Senior Underwriter from August 1994 to May 1996.

Nicole Gorrie (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University. Nicole has also obtained additional certifications, including an Associate in Insurance Data Analytics from The Institutes, a Black Belt of Six Sigma Methodology from 6sigma.us, a Chartered Life Underwriter from The American College of Financial Services, a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter from The Institutes, and a Kaplan & Norton Balanced Scorecard from The Palladium Group.
