Chris Warman

Chris Warman has over two decades of experience in risk and compliance within the financial services sector, predominantly at Legal & General. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Governance, Chris has held various roles including Risk & Compliance Manager and Strategic Risk Review Manager. Key achievements include successfully delivering the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) for Legal & General Unit Trust Managers and Legal & General Portfolio Management Services annually since 2004, as well as significantly reducing the Financial Services Authority's Individual Capital Guidance in 2009. Educationally, Chris holds an LL.B Hons in Law from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and additional qualifications in Law and Sociology.
