Tom Durcan

Tom Durcan is an accomplished professional in the insurance and claims management sector with extensive experience spanning over 19 years. Since August 2016, Tom has served as the Head of Claims & Rehabilitation Development & Transformation at Legal & General, following a successful tenure at AIG from August 2009 to August 2016, where roles included Field Claims Manager, Operations Manager, Corporate Assistance Team Leader, and Claims Assessor. Prior to AIG, Tom held the position of Insurance Advisor at Aviva from January 2004 to August 2009.
