Alexia Gottschalch

Alexia Gottschalch has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of real estate and finance. Alexia is currently the Head of US Real Estate Equity at LGIM America, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aegon Asset Management as the Global Head of Client Strategy - Alternatives and the US Head of Equity Real Assets. Alexia also served as the Global Head of Client Strategy - Global Real Assets at Aegon Asset Management.

Before joining Aegon Asset Management, Alexia held various roles at Invesco Ltd., including Head of OCIO and Head of Commercial Strategies/Head of Institutional Product Management. Alexia also gained valuable experience at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as the Head of Business Development and Client Strategy for Real Estate Americas.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Grosvenor Group as the Global Head of Capital Markets and later as the Chief Executive Officer. Alexia was also a Managing Director at Independence Capital Partners and held a director-level position at Prudential Financial.

Alexia started their career at Tishman Speyer as a Senior Director and also worked at ING Real Estate Finance as a Vice President. Their first job in the industry was as an Associate at Capital Trust.

Alexia Gottschalch completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. However, no information is available regarding their education history prior to attending the university.
