Rajashri Joshi (Priya)

Rajashri (Priya) Joshi is an experienced professional in mortgage research and strategy, currently working at LGIM America since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rajashri dedicated several years at FactSet from 2014 to 2022, leading the agency MBS and securitized products research while revamping the firm's mortgage prepayment models. Rajashri's extensive experience at Citi from 2003 to 2014 encompassed various strategies including Agency MBS, CMBS, and ABS, with notable contributions to the Bond Market Roundup and a 2nd place ranking in the Institutional Investor All-America Fixed Income Research poll. Rajashri's earlier career includes a position at Navteq, focusing on applied research. Academically, Rajashri holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
