They pair law firms and corporate legal departments with talented Big Law ready junior lawyers. Their lawyers have excellent academic credentials and receive relevant training and mentorship during the two-year program. They take on substantive work as a member of your team. Legal Innovators manages the logistics, including technology, training, and mentorship for these junior lawyers. Firms and Corporations gain first-hand exposure to their capabilities and can then make informed decision before hiring them permanently.
