Mary Wyckoff is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in human rights and legal services. Currently serving as Program Counsel at the Legal Services Corporation since September 2015, Mary has held key positions including Consultant at the Norwegian Refugee Council, Director of Programs at Global Rights, and Head of the Rule of Law Unit at the OSCE Mission to Croatia. Previous roles also include Regional Legal Advisor for the Norwegian Refugee Council and Head of Office/Human Rights Monitor at the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. With a strong foundation in law from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Iowa College of Law, Mary’s career began at the American Civil Liberties Union and the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights under Law. Educational background includes a B.A. in Geology from Oberlin College and attendance at Wellesley College.
