Jay Ackley

Jay Ackley possesses over a decade of experience in data evaluation, grants management, and policy analysis within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data & Evaluation and previously as the Deputy Director of Grants and Contracts Management at Legal Services NYC, Jay supports foreclosure prevention initiatives through effective contract and reporting administration. Prior experience includes the role of Policy Analyst & Contract Administrator at Community Environmental Center, alongside leadership at Minneapple in the Big Apple, which fostered community among relocated Minnesotans in New York City. Jay also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant in both Policy Analysis and Economics at The New School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Urban Policy Analysis & Management from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from Queen Mary University of London.
