Alexandra Lydon

Alexandra Lydon is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an LGBTQ Navigator for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, where responsibilities include training on LGBTQIA+ issues and advocacy for LGBTQIA+ rights. As a Senior Staff Attorney at Legal Services of Northern Virginia since April 2017, Alexandra focuses on civil legal issues for low-income survivors of human trafficking and previously supported domestic violence victims. Alexandra has also contributed to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, participating in the prosecution of Ratko Mladić by drafting legal documents and conducting research on war crimes. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Alabama.
