Brittany Hacker

Brittany Hacker is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in family law and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence. Currently serving as a VOCA Staff Attorney at Legal Services of Northern Virginia since September 2021, Brittany represents clients in matters including protective orders, custody, and divorce. Previous roles include a term as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael S. Nachmanoff at the U.S. District Court and internships focused on domestic violence and human trafficking issues. Brittany holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law, along with a Master's in Philosophy and a Graduate Certificate in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the same institution. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Philosophy, Politics and Law from the University of Virginia.
