Lesley Albritton

Lesley Albritton serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Legal Aid of North Carolina since October 2006, previously holding the roles of Chief of Staff and Director of the Disaster Relief Project, where responsibilities include coordinating disaster relief efforts and managing a team of legal and support professionals. Prior experience includes positions as Supervising Attorney and Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina, as well as Project Director and Associate Attorney at Sara Beth Fulford Rhodes, P.A., focusing on civil litigation, estate planning, and real estate. Additional legal experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at The Kessler Law Firm and Carolina Legal Assistance, where representation centered on juvenile justice and special education cases, alongside judicial clerkships in various Ohio courts. Lesley Albritton holds a Juris Doctor, high distinction, from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College.
