Diego Bastias Grunwald

Diego Bastias Grunwald is a Software Developer with extensive experience in software development and image processing. Currently, Diego works at Legalbot since September 2021. Previously, from January 2016 to August 2021, Diego served as a Software Developer Engineer for the Fondef Project at Universidad de Chile, where responsibilities included building trademark classification software, implementing web interfaces, and optimizing image processing algorithms. Additionally, Diego contributed as a Research Assistant by developing a prototype device for capturing 2D images of the iris and creating software for 3D modeling. Earlier experience includes working as an Image Processing Software Developer at Zoohash, focusing on buyer behavior detection and stock prediction systems, and completing a professional internship at MIRS, assisting in a mobile robotics project. Diego holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Chile, obtained in 2016.
