Cesar Aviles

As a seasoned tech professional with over 17 years of experience, Cesar has held a variety of roles, ranging from developer to architect to management. For over 13 of those years, Cesar has been managing technical teams where he has developed a reputation as an excellent problem solver who deeply understands designing systems.

Despite his extensive technical expertise, Cesar’s favorite part of engineering is working with people and seeing team members progress in their careers. He enjoys mentoring and coaching his colleagues and helping them achieve their professional goals. Outside of work, you can find Cesar coaching his sons’ youth basketball and flag football teams. He is passionate about supporting youth sports and helping young athletes develop their skills and confidence.
