Brian Rice

Brian Rice is Legalist’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. He manages the company’s entire back office and is a member of its valuation committee. Brian joined Legalist in 2020 with more than a decade of legal and operational experience.

Brian is a graduate of Boston College and Columbia Law School.
