Michael Li

Michael Li is the Director of Finance at Legalist. Michael has over thirteen years of experience in the finance industry.

Li started their career at Ernst & Young as a manager. Michael then transitioned to Cowen Inc. as a director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. In July 2015, they left Cowen to join MGG Investment Group LP as their financial controller.

At MGG, Li was responsible for providing services to Constellation Advisers LLC. Michael stayed with the company for three years before joining Legalist in August 2018.
