Giovanni Henao has over 12 years of professional work experience. In 2008, they began their career as a Sales Support Specialist for Bentrani Watches Miami. In 2010, they were an Art Department Specialist for Telemundo Studios. In 2011, they were a Training Specialist for Zuma. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Real Estate Assistant for Sieber International and a Real Estate Sales Associate for Million and Up. In 2016, they were a Real Estate Sales Associate for Miami Dream Properties. In 2020, they were a UX Partnerships Manager for WANDR, an award-winning Product Strategy and UX Design Firm. Currently, they are an Account Executive for Legalpad.

Giovanni Henao obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the Florida International University School of Journalism and Mass Communication between 2005 and 2007. In May 2016, they obtained a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
