Nadim Chamseddine

Nadim Chamseddine has the following work experience:

- At LegalPlace, Nadim worked as a Juriste Formaliste en droit des sociétés starting in January 2023. In this role, they managed a portfolio of clients independently, analyzed various cases and regulations related to artisanal activities, and handled dissolution and liquidation processes.

- Prior to that, Nadim held a Juriste Formaliste stage position at LegalPlace from July 2022 to December 2022.

- At Cabinet AB.H, Nadim completed a Stage en droit fiscal from September 2021 to December 2021. Their responsibilities included assisting the team with tax declarations for French clients, supporting colleagues with case management for pleadings, and conducting legal research.

- Nadim also gained experience as a Stagiaire en droit des sociétés at Maître Nagi Kanaan from January 2020 to June 2020. In this role, they contributed to drafting contracts and clauses, analyzed and assisted with contract negotiations, and participated in meetings with clients and colleagues.

In 2020 to 2021, Nadim enrolled at Université La Sagesse - ULS and obtained a Master of Laws - LLM degree in International Business Law.

During the same period, from 2020 to 2021, they also pursued a Master's degree in International Business Law at Université La Sagesse - ULS.

Between 2016 and 2019, Nadim studied at both Université La Sagesse - ULS and Lebanese University, where they earned a Liscence en droit degree in Droit privé libanais - francais and a Liscence en droit privé degree in Droit, respectively.

In addition to their academic degrees, Nadim Chamseddine has obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they completed the Inter-University Programme on International Criminal Law and Procedure offered by UNESCO. Furthermore, they earned the certification in Développement Durable & Green Management from OMNES Education in September 2022. Lastly, in December 2021, they became a member of the Young ICCA Community.
