Ken Adams

Ken Adams has worked in the legal field since 1993. Ken began their career as an Associate at Winston & Strawn, then moved to Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in 1998. In 2004, they became an Associate at Lehman & Eilen LLP. In 2005, they began lecturing at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. In 2006, they became a Speaker and Scholar at Adams on Contract Drafting. Ken was also the Founder and President of Koncision Contract Automation from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were Chief Content Advisor at Business Integrity and Adjunct Professor at Notre Dame Law School. In 2018, they became Chief Content Officer at LegalSifter and Advisor. Ken is currently the Head of Contracts at Pulse Business, LLC.

Ken Adams attended Latymer Upper School from 1971 to 1979. Ken then went on to the University of York, where they earned a B.A. (Hons.) in Archaeology between 1980 and 1983. Finally, they attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they earned their J.D. between 1986 and 1989.
