Brian Lee

Brian Lee is a seasoned entrepreneur and legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Arena Club since November 2021, Brian has also been an Advisory Board Member at the Lowell Milken Institute of Business Law and Policy since January 2013. As the Founder of ShoeDazzle.com and Co-Founder of LegalZoom.com, Brian has played pivotal roles in shaping successful businesses since the early 2000s. Additionally, Brian was the CEO and Co-Founder of The Honest Company from January 2012 to May 2017, focusing on non-toxic products for families. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Attorney specializing in tax law at Skadden Arps and a Manager at Deloitte. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, along with a summer program at Yonsei University.
