Luca Gandolfi

Luca Gandolfi has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Luca began their career as an Intern at the Enel Group, where they gained experience in information technology. Luca then worked as an Infrastructure & Network Information Technology Specialist before transitioning to a role as an Agile Coach in the Thermal Generation department. Luca later became an Agile Coach in the People and Organization Digital Transformation department, where they coached teams on Agile methodologies and acted as a Scrum Master.

Additionally, Luca served as the Vice President of the Legambiente Gemme circle, a group focused on promoting environmental sustainability within the University of Rome. Luca also worked as a Logistic Manager and Graphic Designer at ReBike ALTERmobility and as a Data Entry employee at Orienta Spa Agenzia per il lavoro / Outsourcing.

Furthermore, they freelanced as a Photographer and managed the photo-section of the cultural webzine Pensieri di Cartapesta. Throughout their career, Luca has developed expertise in Agile methodologies, digital transformation, and promoting sustainability.

Luca Gandolfi's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled in Sapienza Università di Roma for their bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Luca completed this program in 2010. In 2010-2011, they pursued an Erasmus program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, studying Mathematical Science. Following this, Luca returned to Sapienza Università di Roma, where they earned their master's degree in Applied Mathematics from 2011 to 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Luca obtained the certification as an Executive Coach from Escuela Europea de Coaching in December 2019. Luca also completed the Certified Scrum Product Owner course provided by Scrum Alliance in March 2016.
