Eugene Shkoda, PMP

Eugene Shkoda is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. Eugene started their career as a Junior Project Manager at Dctology in 2014 and then moved on to PSD2HTML as a Junior Project Manager in 2015. In the same year, they joined Richlode Solutions as a Project Manager.

In 2016, Eugene joined Zfort Group as a Project Manager, where they successfully implemented Scrum on a complex project and managed teams across various project types. Eugene then moved to EPAM Systems in 2017 as a Project Manager, where they handled teams of over 25 people, managed projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and was responsible for documentation management and stakeholder negotiations.

From 2021 to 2022, Eugene worked at Brightgrove, first as a Project Manager and then as a Senior Project Manager. Eugene demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in project planning and management.

Currently, Eugene is serving as a Project Manager at Legatics starting in 2022. Their career trajectory highlights their extensive knowledge and experience in managing teams, implementing agile methodologies, and facilitating successful project deliveries.

Eugene Shkoda, PMP, obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Eugene attended the university from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Eugene also obtained several certifications. In May 2016, they received a certificate in "Foundations of Objective-C App Development" from Coursera Course Certificates. Later, in October 2017, they completed a course on "Initiating and Planning Projects" from Coursera. Finally, Eugene obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2020.
