Omar Maslah

Omar Maslah has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Omar began their career as a Medical Doctor at Malax-Korsnäs Hälso vårdcentral, where they worked from February 2012 to January 2016. Omar then founded and served as CEO of Medic Recruit Scandinavia AB from October 2012 to June 2017. In August 2016, they joined Region Gävleborg as a Radiology Resident until July 2017. Concurrently, they worked as an Emergency Medical Doctor at Vasa centralsjukhus | Vaasan keskussairaala from February 2013 to February 2016. In July 2017, they founded and invested in Juba Hospital, where they served as a Medical Doctor and Investor until January 2020. Starting in December 2015, Omar worked as a Medical Doctor at Kry until December 2020. As an entrepreneur, they founded and served as an angel investor at NurYare Ventures from October 2018. In December 2018, they also founded Legehuset Sverige and held the role of Founder/Investor - VP, and they recently became the Chief Medical Officer in March 2021. Furthermore, they are an Angel Investor for Affärsänglarna i Malmö AB starting from March 2022.

Omar Maslah obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Universitatea din Oradea, where they studied from 2007 to 2013. Omar also attended Södertörn University in 2006, but the information regarding their degree is not provided. In addition to their education, Omar has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they obtained the certification of Doctor of Medicine - The National Board of Health and Welfare Sweden from Socialstyrelsen. In 2013, they also obtained the certification of Doctor of Medicine - National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health Finland from Sosiaali- ja terveysalan lupa- ja valvontavirasto Valvira. Recently, in March 2022, Omar obtained two additional certifications: Bedside Ultrasound from Colligo Vårdkompetens and Certified Business Angel from Di Akademi.
