Katie Madorin

Katie Madorin has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Katie currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Legence since October 2021. Prior to their current role, Katie served as the Human Resources Director at Therma Corporation for 16 years, where they managed all aspects of HR and ensured compliance with employment laws. Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Sanmina-SCI, providing coaching on performance management and advising managers on company policies. Katie also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at NextG Networks, where they implemented HR programs and resolved organizational issues, and as a Staffing Manager at Ultratech Stepper, where they established and managed a company-wide staffing program.

Katie Madorin earned their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
