Prior to this role, Janet Rickman held the position of Electronic Banking Risk Manager at TIB-The Independent BankersBank, N.A. from November 2006 to March 2020, where responsibilities included conducting risk assessments, fraud investigations, and drafting policies. Earlier experience includes a role as Treasury Management/Risk Analyst, managing significant investments and financial analyses related to Fed Funds Lines of Credit. Janet Rickman's career began as Assistant to the Controller at First State Bank. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Business from Texas Christian University and a BS in Agribusiness from Texas Tech University.
