Brian Malone

Brian Malone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as the Process Improvement and Tech Transfer Lead at Legend Biotech since December 2019, where responsibilities include root cause investigations and process improvement initiatives for CAR-T drug products. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at Novartis from October 2014 to December 2019, including GMP Document Coordinator and Sr. Cell Processing Specialist, focusing on maintaining GMP standards and culturing CTL019 T-cells. Experience also includes processing HPC-A products as a Cell Therapy Specialist I at Progenitor Cell Therapy, and supporting research in laboratory settings during tenure as an Undergraduate Assistant Lab Technician and Undergraduate Researcher. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from Virginia Tech.
