Frederik Buysse

Frederik Buysse currently serves as General Manager at Legend Biotech since March 2024. Previously, Frederik held several key positions at Novartis from July 2016 to March 2024, including Head Development Quality and Global Quality Head for Biotechnology and the Aseptic Platform. Prior to Novartis, Frederik was with Alcon, a Novartis company, from 2004 to June 2016, where roles included VP global quality for Pharma and Lens Care Operations and Head of QA. Additional experience includes positions at Janssen-Cilag and Janssen Pharmaceutica from 2002 to 2004 as QA Systems Manager. Frederik holds a master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences from Ghent University, attained between 1991 and 1996.
