Rosemary Scardaville

Rosemary Scardaville, CPA, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in finance and audit roles. Their most recent position was as a Consultant at Robert Half in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Internal Audit at Legend Biotech starting in 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Indivior as the Associate Audit Director. Before that, they were the Director of Finance and Membership at PSGCNJ in 2019. Rosemary spent a significant portion of their career at Merck, where they held the position of Internal Audit Director from 2005 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Audit Manager at Sanofi from 2000 to 2005. Rosemary has extensive experience in leading international audit teams, managing risks, and providing training and coaching to colleagues.

Rosemary Scardaville, CPA, MBA has a BS in Accounting from Boston College. Rosemary also holds an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 2018, they completed a Mini MBA in Data Driven Management from Rutgers Business School.
