Eric Cunningham Camt

Eric Cunningham CAMT is an experienced Service Manager currently with Legend Management Group since June 2021. Previously, Eric held service management roles at Greystar and Equity Residential, as well as a make ready manager position at Aimco. Additional experience includes working as a BS worker in the Montgomery County Public Schools system and a Service Tech at Kay Management and KETTLER. Eric possesses a Certificate in Plant Equipment Operation from Montgomery College and has completed additional educational courses through the Maryland Multi-Housing Association.
