Niti Singh

Niti Singh, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, training, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Education and Training at Legend Senior Living® since September 2024, Niti previously held the position of Associate Faculty at Indiana University from April 2015 to May 2024, where courses were delivered in various modalities, focusing on leadership and international business. Niti's role as Director at Knowledge as a Service, Inc. from November 2021 to November 2023 involved driving software adoption and mentoring teams, resulting in significant user base growth. As Executive Leadership and Organization Development Coach at Foley Equipment, Niti implemented a coaching program for over 1,200 employees. Prior experience includes being Assistant Director at the University of Notre Dame, managing relationships with national employers, and serving as Engagement Manager at Gallup, where international client projects were led. Niti holds a PhD in Organization Behavior from XLRI Jamshedpur.
