Charlie Koon

Charlie Koon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and community engagement. Currently serving as SVP and Business & Community/Military Development Manager at Legends Bank since September 2024, Charlie previously held key leadership roles at F&M Bank from September 2017 to September 2024, where responsibilities included SVP and VP of Corporate & Military Business Development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Workforce & Economic Development at Workforce Essentials, where management involved collaboration with the Department of Labor and local industries for workforce initiatives. Additionally, Charlie has held the position of Director of Property Management at KM&C Limited Partnership and worked as Chief of Staff for the City of Clarksville. An alumnus of Austin Peay State University, Charlie earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management.
