Sean Reidy has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Sean began their career in 2006 as a 6th/7th Grade Math Teacher (Teach For America Corps Member) at M.S. 45 Thomas Giordano Middle School, where they led 73% of students to 1.25 years of growth in their first year and 81% of students to 1.5 years of growth in their second year. Sean also managed, trained, and supervised 8 incoming corps members, and founded the Mathletes program and co-founded an all-boys program called GENTS (Guiding Entrepreneurs with Nobility, Talent and Service) to support those with social and behavioral problems. In 2008, Reidy worked as a Corps Members Advisor for Teach for America, where they supported 25 corps members and organized meetings to review materials and scheduled times for observations. Sean also facilitated opportunities for teachers to collaborate on lessons and practice presenting those lessons. That same year, they also worked as a Lead English Teacher for EF English First, where they educated over 300 students ranging in ages from 6 to 45 years old and adapted lessons to reach the target audience. Sean also conceptualized a verbal SAT prep course for advanced students. In 2009, Reidy returned to Democracy Prep Public Schools as a Team Leader and Lead Math Teacher. In 2013, they worked as a Small Business Analyst for Data Collateral and an MBA Summer Associate for BMO Capital Markets. Sean also worked as an MBA Intern for Exhilarator. In 2014, Reidy returned to Democracy Prep Public Schools as an Executive Director. Finally, in 2016, they joined Legends of Learning as a Sales Director, National Account Executive, and Sales Development Specialist.

Sean Reidy has an extensive education history. Sean obtained a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2014, majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Sean also earned a Masters of Science in Teaching from Pace University in 2008, specializing in Secondary Mathematics. In 2006, they graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Loyola University Chicago, majoring in Business Administration and Economics/International Business. In 2005, they attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
