Erin Royal

Erin Royal is a Program Manager at EducationSuperHighway. Prior to their current position, they were a Program Manager of Change Management at GreenerU from September 2021 to December 2021. From January 2016 to September 2021, Erin was the Sustainability Program Manager at Brown University where they managed the full-time Internship and Project Specialist staffer and collaboratively ran the office's internship program, including the development and management of projects, experiential learning opportunities, and professional development modules for students. Erin also developed and managed campus-wide events that tie to university goals and promoted relationship building within the Providence community. Furthermore, they managed all stages of large-scale sustainability project development including goal setting, stakeholder engagement, volunteer and budget management, and strategic planning. In addition, Erin managed data collection and analysis efforts for office certification and reporting needs. Prior to their role at Brown University, Erin was the Energy Conservation Specialist at Johnson & Wales University from April 2014 to December 2015.

Erin Royal graduated from Walpole High School and then attended Skidmore College where they earned a BA in Environmental Studies and Government. Erin went on to earn an MBA in Social Impact, Leadership and Organizational Studies from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

They are on a team with Hunter Pieklik - Senior Partnerships Manager, Aysha Dos - Chief of Staff, and Tess Zaretsky - Manager, Strategic Partnerships. Erin Royal reports to Evan Marwell, Founder & CEO.
