Gretchen Beaumarchais

Gretchen Beaumarchais is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Culinary Innovation at Legends since November 2013, Gretchen has held various titles including Regional Chef and Executive Chef. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Executive Chef at ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment from 2012 to November 2013, and various Executive Chef positions at ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment and ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment from 2003 to 2012. Earlier in Gretchen's career, a Supervising Chef position was held at Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, Inc. from 1996 to January 2003. Gretchen Beaumarchais earned an Associates in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from California Culinary Academy in 1996.
