Jennifer Haas is an experienced food and beverage professional with a strong background in management and operations. Currently serving as a Lead Bartender at Cowboys Club and Legends since May 2017, Jennifer has also held significant roles including Executive Assistant to the Regional Vice President of Food and Beverage at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where contributions included high-level management and collaboration with executives and celebrity chefs. Earlier experience includes managing large restaurant operations at Cozymel's and Top of the World Restaurant, as well as a food and beverage internship at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a focus on Food and Beverage from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, complemented by coursework in Leisure Service and Business.
