Steven Donnelly

Steven Donnelly currently serves as the VP, Head of Real Estate at PSN Affiliates | Legent Health since August 2023 and holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors at AMFP Central Texas since April 2024. Previously, Steven was the Director of Real Estate Facilities at University Health from May 2021 to August 2023 and held the role of Sr. Vice President, Healthcare Platform Lead for South Central at JLL from January 2020 to May 2021. Steven's experience includes consulting for the healthcare built environment, serving as Executive Director of Facilities and Project Management at Complete Emergency Care, and Managing Director at CBRE Healthcare. Earlier roles include Team Manager at Linbeck and Director of Business Development at Key Construction. Steven has also served as Vice President of Development Management at Trammell Crow Company, overseeing significant projects in various healthcare and educational settings. Steven holds a BED in Architecture from Texas A&M University, completed between 1989 and 1991.
