Prior roles include leadership positions at HSH Nordbank, where responsibilities encompassed heading the New York Representative Office and managing US Real Estate Finance, as well as serving as Senior Vice President at Aareal Bank, Forest City Ratner Companies, and Credit Lyonnais, among others. Michael Carter's professional journey began as a Project Architect at Rafael Vinoly Architects, showcasing a strong foundation in both architecture and finance.
